Field Agent utilized our crowdsourcing capabilities to mystery shop a set of Pilot Travel Centers and QuikTrip locations nationwide with one goal: to understand the overall customer experience.

Pilot-FA-1Below we offer a few insights into the shopper experience at Pilot Travel Centers and QuickTrip locations:

  • On average, 87% of shoppers noted that the parking lot and store entrance were free of trash and debris at both convenience stores (combined).
  • At Pilot Travel Centers, only 20% of shoppers were greeted by a Store Employee when they entered the location.
  • At QuikTrip, 53% of shoppers were greeted by a Store Employee when they entered the location.
  • At Pilot Travel Centers and QuikTrip locations, 90% of shoppers believed the restrooms were clean and properly stocked.
