- At Pilot Travel Centers, only 20% of shoppers were greeted by a Store Employee when they entered the location.
- At QuikTrip, 53% of shoppers were greeted by a Store Employee when they entered the location.
- At Pilot Travel Centers and QuikTrip locations, 90% of shoppers believed the restrooms were clean and properly stocked.
