Field Agent, the leader in crowdsourcing insights, gathered data on multiple Dunkin’ locations scattered across the country. The results provide interesting insight into Dunkin’s display landscape.
We first sent agents to take photos of the “most compelling” promotional displays they could find inside designated Dunkin’ locations. Which display won? The “You Call The Shots” espresso display.
We then sent another round of customers to a second set of Dunkin’ locations to see if the “You Call The Shots” espresso display, voted “most compelling” by customers, could be found consistently nationwide. The results shed light on an inconsistency in Dunkin’s POS compliance:
More than 20% of sample stores did NOT have the customer-favorite “You Call the Shots” display.
