Utilizing crowdsourcing capabilities via the Field Agent mobile app, we quickly gathered customer experience data and photos from 6 Planet Fitness locations located around New Hampshire and Arkansas.

Below we offer a few insights into the opinions and preferences of a group of Planet Fitness Members.

  • 80% of those surveyed said their overall gym experience was "very enjoyable"
  • When asked about overall employee interaction/customer service, 60% said it was "very good"
  • When asked to provide 3 words that best describe their home gym, the words most commonly used were: "Friendly", "Big", and "Packed"
  • When asked to provide a word to suggest improvements to the gym, the word used most was: "Expand"
  • When asked to take a photo of the gym feature they found particularly appealing, the item pictured most was the Life Fitness Synrgy 360
