In 2024, our shoppers (called "Agents") completed an impressive 98,175 unique jobs, ranging from scavenger hunts to shelf checks, each contributing to smarter solutions and stronger connections. Total images submitted soared to 7,580,024, a significant jump from 5,239,447 in 2023. That’s over 2 million more insights captured!
Our Agents also answered 5,423,603 questions, demonstrating their unwavering expertise and commitment. And when it comes to reviews, this year’s most talked-about product received 2,796 ratings, maintaining an impressive 4.73 stars. We applaud the impact it made nationwide!

Our crowdsourcing network of over 3 million shoppers are the heart of everything we do, and this year they went above and beyond. Our top earner brought in an impressive $23,803.20, a jump from last year’s $22,772.70 — proof that dedication truly pays off. In a repeat performance, Houston Texas, emerged as a powerhouse, leading with 554 active agents and setting new participation records. This city also claimed the title of fastest-growing, welcoming 63 new agents to its ranks and solidifying its role as a hub for delivering insights. Meanwhile, California keeps rocking the spotlight as the state completing the most jobs, with an impressive 80,912 tasks finished. The West Coast continues to set the standard for hustle and impact.
June stood out as our busiest month, with 115,112 submissions through the app, highlighting the incredible effort of our agents. This year’s acquisition of Shelfgram brought new capabilities to how businesses analyze store shelves, enhancing efficiency and providing sharper insights. By integrating Shelfgram’s virtual store walk into our offerings, we’ve taken another step forward in our mission to deliver smarter, more actionable data. These accomplishments underscore our commitment to growth and continuous improvement.
