    Ty Kasperbauer Appointed as New CEO of Field Agent, Rick West to Continue as Chairman of the Board

    Field Agent, a leading retail data and technology solutions provider, is announcing a significant leadership transition. Co-founder and CEO Rick West is stepping down from his role as CEO and will continue serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Ty Kasperbauer, a seasoned technology company operator and executive, will assume the role of CEO.

    Rick West, who has been instrumental in Field Agent’s growth and innovation since its inception, will now focus on strategic guidance as Chairman of the Board.  Through a 40 year career as an executive and entrepreneur in the CPG and retail industries, West has made an incredible impact with his visionary leadership and commitment to excellence.

    Taking the helm as CEO, Ty Kasperbauer brings over 15 years of experience as a C-level technology executive. Kasperbauer has a proven track record in scaling and transforming companies across various sectors, including SaaS, consumer internet, and tech-enabled services. Before joining Field Agent, he was the EVP and GM of Solutions Groups at EverCommerce, where he managed the P&L, strategy, and integration of 25 acquired subsidiaries and played a key role in facilitating EverCommerce's IPO in 2021.
